1. eBook Purchases

• Digital Product: All eBooks are delivered digitally via download link or email. No physical product will be shipped.

• Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. Please ensure you enter the correct email address at checkout.

• Access Issues: If you experience problems downloading or opening your eBook, please email hergroundedway@outlook.com and we’ll assist you promptly.
   

2. Community Membership

• Eligibility: Access to the community is available only to paying members.

• Conduct: Members are expected to engage respectfully, with no harassment, bullying, or inappropriate content tolerated.

• Removal: Failure to comply with community guidelines may result in suspension or removal without refund.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time; however, partial months are not refunded.
   

3. 1:1 Coaching Calls

• Scheduling: All sessions must be booked in advance through the booking system provided.

• Rescheduling: At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. Less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiting the session.

• Refunds: Coaching sessions are non-refundable once purchased.

• Commitment: Coaching is a collaborative process. Results may vary based on your participation and implementation.
